Baguette (Sourdough)

Made with just 3 ingredients -  flour, water, salt and leavened with our 23 year old sourdough starter. The flour that we use gives means that this bread has flecks of bran thoughout making it a tasty, more rustic option. With a bit more crust and much more flavour this is a great alround bread.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinic Acid/Nicotinamide, Thiamin) , water, sea salt
