Goats Cheese Tart

Using our homemade all butter puff,  topped with with our homemade basil pesto, tomato and goats cheese. A delicious light lunch, great with salad.

Ingredients: Puff Pastry (Wheat flour (gluten), water, butter, salt), Homemade pesto (pine nuts, basil, salt, locally grown and pressed rapeseed oil, salt), tomato, goats cheese (milk, salt), mixed herbs.
