Croissant - Danish

Our Croissant dough with a generous measure of our home made pastry cream and whatever fillings we have on hand.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinic Acid/Nicotinamide, Thiamin), milk, butter, sugar, yeast, salt, , home made pastry cream (milk, egg, sugar, butter, cornflour, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extract)), egg 

Apricot: apricot puree (apricots -contains sulphites, sugar, orange juice)

Raspberry: raspberry puree (raspberries, sugar),

Pear: pear slices (fruit, sugar, water), apricot jam (apricots, sugar, water, pectin)

Chocolate Twist: chocolate chips (cocao mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla)

Cherry: sour cherries, apricot jam (apricots, sugar, water, pectin)
